Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Lavder Enterprise SRL ("Lavder") covering your use of the Lavder QR service at qr.lavder.com, including QR codes, short links, analytics, hosted files and the API. By creating an account you accept them. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account and API keys. Workspaces are shared spaces: members you invite can see and, depending on their role, manage the codes, links and analytics inside them. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to use Lavder QR to create codes or links that point to:

• phishing, malware, or content designed to deceive or harm the people who scan;
• content that is illegal in the destination country or infringes third-party rights;
• spam operations, or schemes that artificially inflate scan counts.

We may disable individual links or suspend accounts that violate this section, immediately and without notice where harm to scanners is involved. We would rather warn you first; safety of the people scanning comes before that courtesy.

Free plans include the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance per workspace, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices can change with at least 30 days notice, effective at your next renewal. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights of consumers in the EU remain unaffected.

You keep every right to the destinations, files and data you bring to the service. You grant Lavder the technical licence needed to store, copy and serve that content to the people who scan your codes. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you host and link to.

We aim to keep the redirect infrastructure available continuously and maintain it with care, but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime level unless your plan includes one. You can export your analytics at any time. If you delete a code, its short link stops resolving; printed material pointing at it is your responsibility. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Lavder's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation. We are not liable for the content of destinations you or third parties link to.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; we then delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We can terminate the agreement with 30 days notice, or immediately for material breach of these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (liability, governing law) survive.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Lavder Enterprise SRL's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts of that seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
